Planning: The chapter must submit a copy of the chapter's alumni recognition program.
Implementation: The chapter must submit a summary of all alumni who were recognized during the year.
Each semester the undergraduates get together and will vote on which alumni was the most helpful and around the most during that semester. It can be helpful in areas such as; help on the e board, being there for a brother in need, etc. Whichever alumni wins the vote by the undergrads is then asked to be the key note speaker at the initiation for that semester. This semester (spring) Patrick Ryner was chosen to be the key note speaker and graciously accepted the position.
