The chapter has short and long-term goals established for the spring semester and reviews the status of the goals from the fall.

Implementation: The chapter must submit a copy of their goals for the fall semester within the first two weeks of school, they must include both short and long term goals. In addition the Chapter must have reviewed their fall goals as to if they were accomplished.
