While The LeaderShape® Institute is a separate educational program provided by LeaderShape®, Delta Upsilon endorses this program as an impactful and intensive educational experience, typically held over the summer or on various college campuses where many DU chapters reside. We highly encourage chapters to send their members to this program in addition to the menu of great educational programs currently offered by the Fraternity. Typically registration costs are less than $100 for campus-based sessions.
The LeaderShape® Institute is a six-day immersion leadership program that challenges participants to lead with integrity while working toward a vision grounded in their deepest values. Participants explore not only what they want to do, but who they want to be.
Dynamic, challenging and exciting, the week is intended to produce a breakthrough in the leadership capacity of participants — benefiting them individually, as well as their respective communities and the organizations they will go on to lead and serve in the future.
AFLV sessions of The LeaderShape® Institute will bring together fraternity and sorority leaders from across North America to share in this experience, all under the umbrella of shared fraternal values.
