Building Better Men Weekends

Building Better Men Weekends are customized weekend retreats designed to target the specific needs of the chapter.  Members will be challenged to break down challenges and opportunities facing the chapter as they construct a plan of action rooted in the core principles and mission of Delta Upsilon. Spur your chapter to great campus and international success and apply today

Every member of the chapter must assume the qualities of leadership: the ability to adapt to change, take charge when necessary and accept responsibilities for one's actions and decisions. This retreat will prepare your chapter to develop members to demonstrate greater initiative and accountability, while striving for continuous improvement of your operations and founding principled programming.
