Instructions for chapter payments:  
  • Please allow 3 - 5 business days for this payment to post to your account  
  • If payment does not cover all items indicated, payment will be applied to oldest outstanding balances first If it is not indicated what payment is for, payment will be applied to oldest outstanding balances first   
  • All associate members and initiation fees must be collected by the chapter and submitted as a chapter payment  
  • If you should have trouble submitting your payment online, please contact our office at (317) 875-8900
