July 31, 2026 - A highlight of each summer's Delta Upsilon Leadership Institute is award recognition. At LI, the Fraternity honors a variety of chapters and individuals for success from the past academic year, as well as long-time service to DU.
Delta Upsilon is proud to announce the recipients of its 2026 awards.
New in 2026 was the inaugural Stephen K. Rowley DU Educational Foundation Distinguished Service Award. This new award is designed to honor those who have had extraordinary service to the DUEF and have provided transformational leadership and support. The award is named for Steve Rowley, Ohio '65, who served as on the DU Educational Foundation Board of Trustees for 26 years, and 22 of those years were spent as Chairman of the Board. Brother Rowley was one of three recipients. Roy Allan, Lehigh '68, and Dave Franzetta, Michigan State '70, were also honored. Brother Allan has served on the Foundation's Board of Trustees for the past 21 years and is the current Board Secretary. Brother Franzetta, has been on the Board of Trustees for the past 17 years and is a past Board Treasurer.
