It takes a village to have a strong chapter. In our case, that village includes our current and future chapter officers. That’s why we train them at ELA.
ABOUT ELA
New in 2027 is the Delta Upsilon Executive Leadership Academy! The ELA will combine the Fraternity's previous Regional Leadership Academy and President's Academy into one program for chapter officers and future leaders.
ELA is an intensive officer-training experience designed to prepare current and future chapter officers to effectively lead a Delta Upsilon chapter. The program includes a dedicated track for Chapter Presidents, along with role-specific and team-based education focused on the responsibilities, skills and practices necessary to operate a successful chapter.
Through interactive training, participants develop practical leadership and management skills, strengthen their understanding of Delta Upsilon’s expectations and programs, and learn how to work as part of a highly effective chapter leadership team.
ELA 2027
Jan. 15-18, 2027 (MLK Weekend)
Chapters will go to one of three locations: Chicago, Kansas City and Philadelphia.
