McQuaid scholarships Open for 2024-2025

April 8, 2024 - McQuaid Scholarship applications are now open for the 2024-2025 academic year. The Delta Upsilon Educational Foundation will award 14 merit-based McQuaid Scholarships of $1,000 each to be used for tuition.

To be eligible to receive a scholarship, you must:

• submit a McQuaid Scholarship application
• be an initiated member of Delta Upsilon in good standing
• be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in 2024-2025
• have a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
• upload your university transcript, resume, one letter of recommendation, and a high resolution headshot photo

McQuaid Scholarship winners are selected by a scholarship committee, and the judging criteria includes academic achievement, leadership involvement, extra-curricular activity and community service.

The application deadline is June 1, and recipients will be announced in early August at the 2024 Leadership Institute. All McQuaid Scholarship recipients receive a certificate, recognition in the DU Quarterly, and have their names engraved on a plaque at the DU International Headquarters.
