GSI Fundraising

GSI is both a service project and DU's international philanthropy.

GSI FUNDRAISING GUIDE

All DU chapters are expected to raise at least $1,000 for GSI each academic year with money used to help fund the overhead costs of putting on GSI.

Chapters raise money for GSI in a variety of ways. From walk-a-thons to charity golf tournaments, chapters promote the purpose behind GSI in addition to raising money. To assist our chapters with their fundraising efforts, we have put together a GSI Fundraising Guide as a comprehensive resource to help plan and manage the philanthropy event. It offers event suggestions, tips, information about collecting donations, sending money to the Delta Upsilon Educational Foundation and more.
