Strong leaders build strong chapters. We think it’s important to give our chapter presidents the tools to succeed.

The Delta Upsilon Presidents Academy has been rescheduled to take place as a virtual program. Chapter presidents should plan to attend the program to represent their chapters and to help them prepare for a successful term in office. If the chapter president is not available for the program another chapter officer may attend in his place. Participation in the program will count toward the Men of Merit Educational Program Participation standard as well as Loss Prevention credits.

Date: January 22, 2022

Time: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time

Participants will need to register for the program to confirm which member will be attending. After registering, the participants will receive details for participating in the Zoom sessions for the program. Questions can be director to Noah Borton, Sr. Director of Educational Programs,

About Presidents Academy

Presidents Academy accelerates the growth and learning of DU’s chapter Presidents each year. Presidents from every chapter come together to participate in an institute-style program with a curriculum that emphasizes the mission and Principles of Delta Upsilon as a foundation for effective chapter leadership.

At Presidents Academy, Chapter Presidents are exposed to new ideas and possibilities and are encouraged to apply what they learn to their leadership role and responsibility. They learn from each other, stretch their boundaries, discover strengths and envision a more successful version of their chapter.

Our data shows that the Presidents Academy positively impacts a brother's development in a number of ways. Through our annual Membership Outcomes Assessment, data shows that compared to the average DU, those who have attended Presidents Academy have greater senses of:

“Presidents Academy is the single most influential, meaningful and engaging program I have ever attended during my time in DU. Presidents Academy served as an opportunity to dream big and solidify my vision for my chapter.”
